Casa Congrejo, located in Bosque del Mar, is a quiet, gated residential community just 15 minutes from San Juan del Sur. The homes are literally in a forest by the sea.
This two bedroom home is constructed of red brick and native woods. The living room has comfortable seating and opens onto the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from a snack to a full blown dinner. The dining table seats four people comfortably and the large wood bar makes service easy. The home has wonderful breezes which you can enjoy from all the screened windows throughout the house.
Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and air conditioning. There is a large full bathroom with shower between the bedrooms for your convenience. Located behind the home is a small casita with a full size bed, a bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette.
Just minutes away, a five minute walk or one minute drive, you can enjoy the beautiful Pacific Ocean in a private picnic area. This private area has restrooms, a barbeque area shaded picnic tables and access to the beautiful beach.
