Casa del Tiburon, Forest by the Sea, is a quiet, gated residential community just 15 minutes from San Juan del Sur. The homes are literally in a forest by the sea.

The two bedroom cabin is constructed of red brick and native woods. The large patio is a great place to relax either in your rocker or a comfortable hammock. The living, dining and kitchen areas are the main part of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from a snack to a full blown dinner. The dining table seats six people comfortably and the large wood bar makes service easy.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The second bedroom has two full-size beds, ceiling fan and a spacious closet. There is a large full bath between the bedrooms for your convenience.

Just minutes away, a five minute walk or one minute drive, you can enjoy the beautiful Pacific Ocean in a private picnic area. This private area has restrooms, a barbeque area shaded picnic tables and access to the beautiful beach.
