Casa Veranera
Casa Veranera is a newly constructed home in a quiet neighborhood just on the outskirts of town. Only 7 blocks from the center of town, Casa Veranera is still very much within walking distance to restaurants, galleries and shopping. The house is a two story with a small gated patio, garage and swimming pool.
Upon entering the home, you will find a comfortable living area with two day beds for additional sleeping. There are also rocking chairs so that you can enjoy either the living area or patio. The dining room has a table to seat six and looks out to the pool area. The fun and colorful kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare meals or snacks. There is also tiled bar area with stools for additional seating.
The downstairs bedroom is just off the living area and has a queen bed and air conditioning. The full bath is shared with the guests and is spacious with beautiful tile work. Upstairs, you will find another full bath and two large bedrooms with patios overlooking the pool. One bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. Both have air conditioning and large closets.
The outdoor area is one of the best features of Casa Veranera. There is a large swimming pool as well as a spacious patio with additional seating. The gardens have mango trees, flowering trees and tropical plants. You will definitely feel you are in paradise at Casa Veranera.
