Casa Yalula is not only located in a great area but it is a very unique and beautiful home. Located on Granada’s main street, just one block from the park, this newly constructed home has everything to make your stay in Nicaragua a memorable one.

Upon entering Casa Yalula, you find yourself in a large and comfortable living area. This is a great place to sit back and watch your favorite DVD on the 32” flat screen TV with stereo surround sound. The large, extra wide sofas were custom made to offer you a place to relax and stretch out after a long day of site seeing.

In the tradition of the Colonial style homes, Casa Yalula is open to the outdoors. The main corridor offers additional seating as well as additional sleeping space. The beautiful kitchen is in the heart of the home and is equipped with everything you need for a snack or gourmet dinner. There is a large custom made table for 10 as well as comfortable barstools at the counter.

The highlight of Casa Yalula is the 25 meter pool which runs the length of the home. There is cushioned seating at the pool as well as benches in the pool so you can sit and relax after a busy day.

Downstairs, you will find two bedroom suites with full baths, queen beds, air conditioning and garden patios. Another stunning feature in Casa Yalula is the beautiful floating staircase made of indigenous woods of Nicaragua. The entire second floor has rich, wood flooring, giving it a welcoming warm feeling. The master bedroom has a queen bed, full bath, air conditioning and a fabulous wood deck overlooking the pool. The fourth bedroom, also located upstairs, has twin beds, full bath and air conditioning.
