Hacienda Iguana Golf and Beach Club
This beautiful two bedroom condo is located in the gated community of the Hacienda Iguana Golf and Beach Club. Hacienda Iguana is located approximately 1.5 hours north of San Juan del Sur on Playa Iguana and has the only golf course south of Managua.

Because the condo is located on the north end of the complex, near the river, it is very quiet and tranquil. The living area is comfortable and is surrounded by windows so you have a view wherever you look. The dining table will seat six and the fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing full meals or just light snacks.

There are two bedrooms and two full baths in the unit. There is also a great patio where you can sit back, relax and enjoy a beautiful Pacific sunset. The community has a beautiful pool, large rancho right on the beach and 24 hour security.
