Located less than one hour from Managua and two hours from Granada, Playa Pochomil is a quiet beach town sharing the same beach as Barcelу Montelimar. Casa Vista del Mar is situated on a hill, just steps away from the beach. This home is very quiet and is a great place for relaxing and getting away from it all. Comb the beach for beautiful shells and enjoy a fresh seafood dinner in one of the many local restaurants.

Casa Vista del Mar has three air conditioned bedrooms; one queen and two with twin beds. There are two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. The focal point for this home is the huge porch with great views of the ocean. Relax in one of the many hammocks while enjoying the cool ocean breeze. Dining outdoors is also an option at Vista del Mar with two tables available on the patios.
