illa El Oro is a fabulous get-away if you are looking for a beautiful setting, great views and a convenient location. Located in the El Oro development just eight minutes west of San Juan del Sur, Villa El Oro is an easy 10 minute drive from the center of town.

Upon entering the gates of Villa El Oro, you know you are in a special place. The grounds are beautiful and are full of fruit trees and flowering plants. The main house is open and airy, providing great views of the ocean and cool ocean breezes. The living area is large and has comfortable overstuffed sofas as well interesting furnishings from around the world. The fully equipped kitchen is large and offers you everything you need for a full meal or just light snacks. The large master bedroom suite has a king bed and a large bath with shower. The many windows give you not only a magnificent view but sunlight and cool breezes as well.

The patio is truly the heart of the home with rocking chairs, hammocks and a dining table so you can enjoy your meals while enjoying the view. Just between the patio and the beautiful manicured gardens you will find the sparkling swimming pool where we are sure you will spend many an hour enjoying your vacation.

Located just a stone’s throw away you will find a small, comfortable casita with a queen bed, ceiling fan and full bath. The casita patio has a small dining table for two for you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
